The event will bring them together with European Commissioner Apostolos Tzitzikostas, responsible for Sustainable Transport and Tourism, to discuss key issues shaping the European Sustainable Tourism Strategy.

Joaquín Aycart Jiménez
from Seville, Spain is a civil engineer specializing in transportation, Joaquín has a strong passion for railways and sustainable mobility. He has been involved in numerous initiatives related to Spanish Greenways and has explored similar projects across Europe and even in Canada. Cycle tourism and sustainable transport aren’t just professional interests for him—they’re at the heart of his goals and vision for the future.
Julia Cisinska
originally from Poland and raised in Spain, studied Culture and Media Management in Kraków and is currently completing her Master’s in Multimedia Journalism in Madrid. She is passionate about sustainable tourism and has already gained valuable experience through a traineeship at the Polish Tourism Organisation. Today, she continues her journey at the European Travel Commission, where during her traineeship, she contributes to promoting a new campaign focused on responsible travel.
