Meet in Mechelen is the official convention and meeting bureau of the city of Mechelen (Belgium). It provides free, tailor-made advice and support for organising meetings, conferences, incentives, and events in the city.
The organisation helps companies and event planners find suitable venues, hotels, restaurants, and teambuilding activities, offering local expertise and personalised guidance based on a deep knowledge of the city and its surroundings.

The following Heritage Greenways cycling routes, located and around Mechelen, provide excellent opportunities to explore this heritage:
- Beghina Cycliste – a 40 km route from Boom to Mechelen.
- Mechelen–Diest Cycliste – a 76.5 km route from Mechelen to Diest.
These routes combine cycling with cultural discovery, offering a unique way to experience the landscapes, heritage, and history of Flanders.
